Hi, I’m Melissa and this is Dancing Zen. She has been the moment of grace I needed when life tried to pull me back into the chaos. I was diagnosed with Cancer in 2014, while living in Sydney and working 80 hours a week. Instead of seeking a life before cancer, I opted for a place where I could be near the beach, a poodle and a somewhere to have fun.

Now, she has been home to hundreds of people who bask in her safety and joy… Dancing Zen has been home to celebrities, artists and ordinary people who have something in common — the desire to be peaceful, playful and productive at the same time.
