Booking Dancing Zen means entering into a relationship with land, energy, and intention. This isn’t a typical venue — it’s a place for deep, meaningful work.
Please read these terms carefully before you arrive.
Full Payment: All bookings are generally paid in full upfront.
Exception: 3-day hires may pay 50% to confirm, with the remaining 50% due 7 days prior.
Methods: Payment is accepted via Stripe, bank transfer, or invoice.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible.
30+ days’ notice: Full refund.
8–29 days’ notice: 50% of the total booking amount refunded*. One reschedule permitted (subject to availability).
7 days’ notice or less: No refund; rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Emergencies: In genuine emergencies or restrictions, credit may be offered at our discretion.
Outdoor group space: Deck area (max 8 people).
Kitchen container: Fridge, sink, toaster, kettle, cutlery, dishwasher.
Bathroom: Ensuite bathroom (Note: bedroom use is not included unless an overnight stay is booked).
Amenities: Deck, cabana, mirror ball, sound system, basic lighting.

Note: The Spa is sanitised using colloidal silver. It requires a 3-day cycle for emptying, refilling, and neutralising between guests.
Fire and incense are allowed respectfully.
No shoes indoors.
This space is regularly cleansed and energetically held.
Your presence matters — please treat the land and space accordingly.
Ramp access and one wheelchair-accessible bathroom are available.
This is a neurodivergent-inclusive and trauma-aware space.
Noise: No yelling, shouting, or disruptive noise. Music is allowed only under the deck at low volume.
Privacy: The Founder’s Office is private and off-limits.
Safety: Disrespect or unsafe behaviour results in immediate termination with no refund.
A resident poodle lives on-site.
No other animals allowed, with the exception of:
Certified service animals.
Small dogs under 5kg (Available for 3-day overnight stays only, by request).
Avoid York Avenue.
Please use Dorset Ave, Devonshire St, or Lincoln Ave.
Do not block driveways or restrict access for neighbors.
Rainwater and filtered water are available — please refill jugs after use.
All guests must clean up after themselves.
Please use the dishwasher where possible.
All hirers and facilitators must have relevant insurance.
Dancing Zen is not liable for injury, loss, or any outcomes of your work.
By booking or entering the property, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
*If you confirmed your booking with a 50% deposit only, that amount will be retained in the case of cancellation within 8–29 days.
